Yoga for Spinal Health

Join Sara for a 90-minute workshop on using yoga for spinal health. The first 30 minutes will be a lecture on basic spinal anatomy, common spinal complications, and how to use your yoga practice therapeutically in order to create balance and health in the spine. Following the 30-minute lecture, Sara will guide you through a 60-minute vinyasa class. In class you will be applying the information we learned in lecture to bring it all together. What to bring: Mat Water Bottle Notebook and pen Sweatshirt and socks
