Sara began her practice in hopes to find the tools to live a more structured and stable life. Shortly after, she enrolled in her first teacher training to develop an understanding of how yoga can create such harmony in the body, mind and spirit.
Teaching quickly became a passion for Sara. Since her first training she has participated in many workshops, immersions, and trainings in order to further her education, and offer new material for

her students. Her classes are always lead from the heart with the students in mind. She encourages everyone to approach their practice with a sense of curiosity, in order to discover their full potential physically and mentally.

Sara is passionate about the therapeutic qualities of yoga and meditation. Her teaching is a mix of stability, softness, anatomy and meditation to create physical, mental and emotional empowerment for her students. She is currently working on her 500 hour teacher training through Yoga Medicine with Tiffany Cruikshank. Her goal is to use yoga with her students as a way to heal the physical and emotional body.
