What can we expect from your class?

An upbeat playlist and 45 minutes of a total body workout.  We will change resistance and handlebar positions as well as spend time both in and out of the saddle climbing, running, sprinting, and jumping.  Get ready to get your heart rate up and get sweaty!

What inspires your movement?

I am originally from Wisconsin and have been in Chicago for the last 8 years. I am new to Denver. I am a math teacher and found a new teaching avenue; sharing my passion for fitness and nutrition with others.

Fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle; running, biking, swimming, triathlons, hiking, yoga, and weight training. Now that I’m in CO, I plan to improve my skiing and snowboarding skills!
