Jen Gentry taught outside of the fitness industry for over fifteen years, then chose to follow her love of this barefoot method and become a willPower & grace® instructor. Jen creates a unique experience by encouraging her students to find their strongest physical and emotional challenge on each given day, recognizing that each day presents a new story. A busy mom of 3, she is also an active runner and sports athlete; mindful of the importance of balanced wellness for a lifetime.
