Enabling Strength Through Mobility Exercises

In QiFlow classes, or in one of my personal training sessions, we apply full range of motion (ROM) principles through various exercises. Most students can’t quite reach full ROM, but we are moving towards that. MobilityFlow, with the use of props including simple pvc pipe (pictured below) is a practice of finding full use of flexion and extension of muscles throughout the body.
